Things get complicated when a young woman named Alison appears, whose behavior reminds him of his deceased wife. Harald must decide if he is willing to leave the past behind and open his heart again.

In this installment, we meet Kenzie McAllister, a free-spirited young woman with an indomitable character. Her life turns upside down when she meets Duncan McRae, a highlander who is not used to being challenged.
