Order of The Witcher books (Geralt of Rivia Saga)

5/5 - (2 votes)

I'm sure you've heard of it. The saga of Geralt of Rivia, known internationally as The Witcher, is a fantasy book series written by the Polish author Andrzej SapkowskiThis collection has gained worldwide recognition, especially after the video game adaptations and the Netflix series, which I highly recommend if you haven't seen it yet (although I highly recommend the books...).

What I love about The Witcher's narrative is that it combines elements of Slavic mythology with European fairy tales, presenting a world rich in detail and moral complexities.

The protagonist, Geralt of Rivia, it's a sorcerer: A genetically engineered monster hunter who is tasked with combating creatures that threaten humanity. Throughout the series, Geralt faces not only supernatural beasts, but also political intrigue, racial conflict, and ethical dilemmas that question the nature of good and evil. Doesn't that sound good?
